About Will
Will Saunders is an attorney with Winters Law Group, where he represents clients in civil litigation and helps individuals and businesses take on insurance companies, corporations, and other well-funded defendants.
Before joining Winters Law Group, Will practiced with one of the nation’s largest litigation firms, where his practice focused on defending general liability matters. That experience gives Will valuable insight into how defendants and insurance companies investigate claims, evaluate exposure, develop defenses, and prepare cases for trial.
Will now puts that experience to work for Winters Law Group’s clients. He approaches cases with an understanding of both sides of the litigation process and focuses on identifying the issues that will matter most to the opposing party, its insurer, and ultimately a judge or jury.
