Doug Winters

About Doug

Following a needless catastrophic injury to a lifelong friend, Doug founded The Winters Law Group to fight for individuals harmed by the recklessness and wrongdoing of others. He concentrates his practice on personal injury, product liability, and insurance litigation.

Doug has successfully represented injury victims and their families against several multi-billion dollar corporations, focusing on limb amputations caused by defective UTVs and Side-by-Side Off-Road Vehicles. Over the course of nearly a decade of litigation involving defective UTVs and Side-by-Sides, Doug has studied thousands of rollovers, hundreds of fatalities and dozens of amputations.

Doug has recovered millions for clients in Missouri and throughout the United States.

Doug was named a Super Lawyers® "Rising Star" in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, which is awarded to less than 2.5% of the attorneys in Missouri.
