Since graduating from Harvard Law School in 1986, Vicki has successfully represented a wide variety of clients, both individual and business, in a broad range of practice areas. Although Vicki’s practice is focused primarily on commercial litigation, she has also represented clients in many other types of matters, including, among others, contract negotiation and litigation; business formation and advice; intellectual property matters, including domain name disputes; franchise law; employment matters, including the negotiation of employment agreements and employment discrimination litigation; lease negotiation and landlord/tenant litigation; consumer fraud litigation; bankruptcy litigation and workout; and product liability and personal injury litigation. Her litigation practice includes extensive work at both trial and appellate levels, in both state and federal courts.
In addition to Vicki’s extensive practice in private firms, she also served for three years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. Her service there included pursuing consumer fraud claims on behalf of the citizens of Missouri and participating in large-scale litigation on behalf of the state. While at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, Vicki took a lead role in litigating and negotiating the settlement of one of the largest consumer fraud class actions in state history. Before joining The Winters Law Group, LLC, Vicki practiced law for several years at Sher Corwin Winters LLC.
